In the first half of today’s podcast Joe covers Zillow’s recent announcement where sellers will be able to list their home and connect with investors with the option of bypassing realtors... realtors who currently account for 70% of their revenue. Is this just a move due to pressure from their own investors or are they adapting to technology and changing the way real estate transactions take place?

In the second half Joe tries to figure out what the market will look like through the summer and into fall. Has the crazy overbidding trend finally ended for frustrated buyers and will houses get a chance to sit on market? What can we expect from this softening market between June and August should more inventory come on the market?
