Kristen explains to Mike how she determines what her clients can afford when purchasing a home by factoring in overlooked cash flow projections to their needs, disabilities that suspend income and offering better ways to save for a down payment. She also addresses selling concerns retirees face such as producing income without selling your home, capital gains taxes and balancing the 3 C’s. At the end of the show Mike asks Kristin about her living balance sheet which helps people understand and organize their current living situation.
