The nightmare continues for Wells Fargo which is back in the news again and not for good reasons. The banking giant accidentally leaked the personal information of over 50,000 high dollar clients, mistakenly providing it to a former employee who is now suing a current employee for defamation. Not good publicity following its fake account scandal.

With all the dissatisfactory talk about Wells Fargo Joe covers recent banking and customer servicing ratings. Unfortunately things don’t look good when the numbers show that 70-80% of consumers dream of home ownership, but find the systems cumbersome and archaic.
