Likewise, refinancers too now have another shot at taking advantage of all that equity. Today Joe looks at what could trigger you to take advantage of this drop and refinance your mortgage.

Buyers have had it tough the last few years competing against swarms of offers and overbidding, but buyers still have a chance in this market. Even though more properties are expected to enter the market soon, discouraged buyers may still need a bit of a pep talk before resuming the hunt for the perfect home. In the second half of the podcast Joe stresses the importance of entering this market confident, prepared and not afraid to ask more from your lender and agent.
