Today Joe Cucchiara is joined by John Faylor and Daniel Goni from Sereno Group. First off Joe will gather their thoughts on first quarter market trends and the lack of inventory. He then asks with low inventory and multiple offers on every house, how do they better their clients’ chance at getting their offer accepted? John and Daniel then tell us about keeping their clients in a positive frame of mind after losing out on an offer or telling clients they may need to readjust their expectations and look elsewhere.

John and Daniel also tell us about Sereno Groups’ 1% For Good program which donates 1% of their gross commission to a different foundation every quarter.
